But I am extremely happy cause Andy over at Bruce's Auto found the cause of the screeching and the entire repair cost me less than $60. So if you are looking for a Automotive Repair shop near old downtown Byron Center close to the 84th street and Byron Center intersection then I can't recommend Bruce's Auto enough.”

“Our RV had an alignment problem, but no chain tire companies could get the small 20 foot rig into their bay. RV mechanics didn't do alignment so we were faced with few options. Wonderland got us in immediately, found a few other wear problems, got us new tires and aligned very quickly. Overall I spent more money than I was anticipating, but saved a future blowout and tow later thanks to their diligence.”

“Here on a visit from out of town and the transmission breaks down in our hotel parking lot. We called 9 shops and everyone was booked or wouldn't help. The 9th shop recommended that I call affordable. I called and told them we were stuck. They came and picked up the car and put us in ahead of others because our situation. Turns out to be a minor issue rather than the expensive issue that we thought. They had us fixed and back on the road in no time. If you need an honest mechanic and food prices, this is tour place. Cant say enough good things.”

I swap out winter and summer tires ever year and they always do a great job to clean the rims where the tires seat, rebalance them and torque them down properly. And Doug is a wealth of tire knowledge and has always given me the best advice on winter tires, and since I've been buying them, I have traction even on black ice. Couldn't recommend this business more highly. If you want a tire shop that really cares just as much about who's behind the wheel as what's mounted on them, this is the place.”

“My experience with this company has a bit of a story, so bear with me. My wife and I purchased a 1959 rv trailer from a private party in Ohio. Steve and Ryan were contracted to pick up the trailer from the seller, take it to their shop and make sure it was ready for the road, then deliver it to California, a drive of nearly 2,500 miles. Once the trailer was inspected, a few issues were discovered. The axles needed replacement, as did the wiring for the exterior trailer lights. Steve -- the person I mostly dealt with -- was great at communicating the issues he discovered, as well as sending pictures to verify what he was finding. After working with a local manufacturer and making the necessary repairs, the trailer hit the road. About an hour down the road, the driver realized there was an issue and pulled over. He found that the rubberized roof material which had been installed by a previous owner was peeling away from the underlayment. Again, excellent pictures were included. Because he was so close to home, the driver returned to Happy Campers. Upon inspection it was found that the entire roof system was installed incorrectly. Not only that, but the roof rafters and interior paneling (which, in these old trailers, provide structural support) were in really bad shape. The amount of dry rot required a complete replacement of the roof rafters, interior paneling and exterior roof material. This process took a long time -- 4+ weeks -- but Steve was communicating at every step and kept me in the loop. After long work, the trailer left again and arrived at our house just yesterday. The driver was courteous and friendly as well.Bottom line, we got ourselves into a pickle and Steve bit off more than he knew he was when he contracted with us. But he stuck with us (he easily could have brushed us off or told us he didn't want the job, which would have put us in a really tight spot) and went the extra distance to make the trailer worthy for the road and the 2,500 miles to our house. Happy Camper helped us out and did a great job.Happy Camper didn't do a complete restoration; they repaired what they needed to in order to transport per contract. “Had a blown wheel seal on the front drive called the Mack dealers in Pittsburgh, 10 days before the would even look at it. Called M and K in West Newton Pa they had the parts in stock said they could get me in right after lunch. I drove down to them got there dropped the trailer got right in and 3 hours later was back on the road and moving. Great staff and customer service.”
“Spent thousands trying to get an electrical issue fixed to no avail... Hilltop was able to locate and solve the problem days before my appointment was even scheduled. Great communication, extremely courteous and professional, and by far best mechanics (electrical) I've ever dealt with. Also, they were able to rewire everything for around 300 bucks, where the last place I took it to charged me 2 grand for fixing nothing. Hour and a half drive was beyond worth it.
