“Ryan was amazing and did a wonderful job on my oil change. The only complaint I have is that I was told we would be getting 5-30 oil and they used 0-30. I just wish he was transparent because I asked specifically. Otherwise, it was a great service.”

“After the nightmare we dealt with at Elvis Auto in Cutlerville, we will 100000% be taking our Bronco back to Borgman Ford for any services! We worked with service advisor, AJ, who ensured the correct thing will be fixed (which ended up being a cracked head gasket, so a whole new engine). They stayed in touch regarding when they would get the parts, delays, etc. and guaranteed our vehicle was good to go before parting ways. They even delivered it back to us, which was super convenient. :-)”

“I normally visit the Hudsonville location and didn't realize this one was here. I needed to get an oil change and this location was closer to other things I had to do today, so I made an appointment online. Everything went well and the oil change was less expensive than the ones I get at Valvoline. They also do the multi-point inspection, and free tire rotation, which the other place wouldn't do. The girl who helped me was friendly and helpful with questions I had that were unrelated to my oil change. This will be my go-to place for oil changes now.”
