“I used Riverbend Body Shop for an insurance claim repair after hitting a deer with my truck. My claims adjuster was very happy that I chose Riverbend, and Riverbend was also very pleased with my insurance company Cincinnati Insurance. No issues with the claim whatsoever, and Riverbend did a fantastic job repairing my truck. It was a front end strike so the bumper, headlight assemblies and some sensors all needed to be replaced. It looks and drives like new again.”

“I navigated to this location from reviews that were very positive. I want to add my review as well because this place was just fabulous.
I had need of a good and well made trailer hitch for my two heavy e-bikes. Jayden at Convenient Tire & Hitch helped me with lots of patience to get just the right product - tricky because the options are limited and I wanted to get a hitch that would allow me to use my hands free auto opening feature on my Buick Encore GX lift gate without blocking the under bumper sensor. Jayden knew just the right product from Curt and he was 100% correct in his recommendations.
Installation was done promptly and professionally. My auto lift gate opens and closes perfectly. The Curt hitch selected looks like it was installed at the factory - but it's even better than OEM.

“While visiting my friends my engine light came on. I went to a local Hyndai dealership and they couldn’t get me in till September so my friends recommended Cascade. I went there on Monday and they diagnosed my issue and it was fixed by Wednesday.,They even worked with my guy Corey at Oxmoor Hyndai dealership in Louisville KY to figure out if I had any previous issues. I haven’t seen such amazing teamwork. Sean at Cascade said they wanted to make sure it was fixed. That meant so much that someone cared. If you want your tires rotated, they do this as well and its even a better deal if you buy tires from them.”

“Had an issue with my 2014 Silverado. 185k miles the trans decided to stop shifting between 2nd and 3rd. Burnt out solenoid and clutch ring. Burnt smelly trans fluid. Died on Friday, last day of my old job. Started a new job the next Monday. Was able to purchase a new rebuilt 6L80e trans from Ryan and his shop. Got it in over the weekend and was able to bring it back to Ryan and guys for programming Monday afternoon. I was back on the road the next day. I have also used Ryan and his crew for fleet vehicles repairs @ Sheldon Cleaners. They do amazing work, they are reliable, and they are affordable. I recommend them to anyone who needs transmission work. Thank you to Ryan and your guys for getting me taken care of. Especially when my vehicle is my life blood. 5 Stars”
