“On a busy Saturday, we were able to get what we need real quick and checkout was wonderful. You could tell they were short staffed but an employee named “Brett”, I believe that’s his name of what he told the lady in front of us, was so kind and upbeat! He was wearing a shirt and tie even! I don’t know if you do employee incentives or what not but he needs one! Oh and this is by far my favorite dollar tree! Good job Grandville team!”

Store footprint larger than most. Better selection than other Dollar Trees. Restock efforts and product availability much better here than at any other dollar store in the area.”
“This location seems pretty small, with a lot of goods for sale confined into a small space. I did notice they do have some pretty good sales/mark-downs, however, and the staff has always been friendly when I visit.”
“I come into this location every day and all of the employees are beyond kind and extremely helpful every single day but tonight I witnessed Jayda (and a male manager who’s name I don’t know) deal with a very unpleasant guest who was yelling at her from the beginning of the interaction about things out of her control. The woman held up the line for about 10 minutes causing issues. Jayda and the manager handled it perfectly. I would like to add that Jayda is probably the sweetest person I’ve had an interaction with while being cashed out at a store. She deserves raise for dealing with this situation tonight.”

“They have so many items to help decorate for different holidays that come up, I love going here for that reason. There was a time that it was disorganized and messy with boxes in isles, but they were going through some staffing issues. The last few times that I’ve been there, it’s been fine. I think it’s a little bit smaller store, so they can’t carry everything, but it’s our store and we like it.”
“I love all of the dollar trees. They are perfect for random things just to see, they always have something different if you go every so often. It's pretty good quality for the amount you pay. I really like it when I'm wondering about crafts and want to try things out first. As far as cleaning supplies or kids getting into college it's amazing to get a ton of starter things. They have amazing organization things for under the counters or crafts and really anything you can think of. It's always clean and maybe could have some help with staffing.”

“This store was going through a remodel and the staff did a wonderful job handling all of the shoppers in their store. Shout out to J the manager and Kat (as well as many other employees) for being so patient and professional in the time of customers rushing around their store and also dealing with all the other rude customers that were giving them a hard time for no reason. You ladies rock!”

“I can find practically everything I need and very affordable and I don't have to drive very far. I always have friendly cashiers or other staff members to help me locate new items. There's a lot of variety to choose from. Stores is always clean. I am usually greeted upon entrance. I consider myself lucky to have a Family Dollar near me.”

“The best Dollar Tree I've ever been in, hands down. Very clean, well stocked and organized. There is this one woman who works in there at night who is very friendly and helpful, I'm not sure what her name is. There was one instance where someone who I assume was her manager for the night was giving her a hard time, which kind of ticked me off. That gal is a gem, and I kind of wanted to tell her to lay off. But I still love this Dollar Tree, and that is the only time I've ever heard somebody treating her like that.”
