“The postmaster is always very nice. I have never had any issues here. It is set up nicely inside, plenty of packaging items and stamps are displayed on the wall. There are drop post box doors inside and lock boxes. They also have an outdoor drop box for your mail. Hours are displayed on the entrance door.”
“I loathe post offices because it always feels like I have to wait, but WOW this place was fully staffed - THREE people at the counter?! Unheard of. You'd never see it over in Eastown.
Came here for fingerprinting, had to wait a little bit but it wasn't terrible and everyone was really nice. Andrew did my prints and even though I had a little trouble with applying the right pressure, and had my 2 year old with me (who wanted to run around and look at everything) he was very sweet, understanding and patient.
If I didn't live so far away, I'd come here for all my USPS needs. Highly recommend!”

“Mi aplauds and congratulations to whomever is running this facility, I was loaded as soon as I got there in less than 20 minutes I was ready to go. Unfortunately their policies about been one hour earlier of the official appointment is not generally known. But that is an issue between the broker and the usps management we the drivers should not be penalized because their lack of communication

“I honestly prefer this post office more than others! I willingly drive myself to this location and I am located across Rivertown Mall. I know there is a post office near there, but I trust this location a lot more. I am soon moving to the Holland/Zeeland area and I will definitely drive back to this location as a first choice if I get the chance to. Every employee I had met with there are very nice!”
