  50\\50 on if a package is going to get delivered. Have had exact same packages delivered into the mailbox once and then the next time a note saying it couldn't be delivered and nobody was around.   Passports by appointment w/ some walk-in hours. Initially was rejected due to the USPS employee failing to complete her portion of the application. Took about 3 weeks to receive the rejection letter, then another 3 weeks for the corrected application to be approved and passport received.

  Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I dropped off a huge mailer, in and out in no time, because the staff knew what to do.
