“The postmaster is always very nice. I have never had any issues here. It is set up nicely inside, plenty of packaging items and stamps are displayed on the wall. There are drop post box doors inside and lock boxes. They also have an outdoor drop box for your mail. Hours are displayed on the entrance door.”
“I had a very good experience today. My service clerk was # 08 and she was very pleasant and helpful. I was wished a good day with a smile and believe me, I needed kindness today. It was also helpful that this branch was open until 1pm on a Saturday.”

“There was quite a long line/wait to mail a package. The staff was friendly and helpful though. It isn't the staffs fault that this is a small post office and it fills up quickly.”
“It was my first time ever visiting this location. It was very busy shortly after I arrived, so there was a little bit of a wait. Plan time aside if you have to make a trip here. The clerk with the really cool glasses was one of the KINDEST humans I have interacted with at a mailing facility. The next time I need to mailing something, I will definitely be returning to this location.”

“I think a lot of people have a misunderstanding of what this place is. It's a distribution center, NOT a post office. They don't sell stamps, and they don't weigh packages. But you CAN drop off pre-labeled packages or pick up things that are held for you. They're pretty nice, and doing a good job.”

“The people of this USPS location saved our day! We had a passport application appointment at another USPS location (Kalamazoo), but they canceled our appointment without notice after we arrived. We came to this Byron Center location immediately after without an appointment. We knew it was a long shot, we explained our dilemma and asked if they could squeeze us in. And you know what? They did! They showed us grace and helped us with our applications! They could have said “No”, but they chose kindness and helpfulness! We are grateful to the folks who helped us today!”
