Dog wash station was not clean. Hard to turn the hose on and was not ideal for one hand, mechanism was very tight. Hair in both stalls and towels were stained.

I was warmly greeted by the employee working the cashier. She took me to the item I was looking for and was very enthusiastic that I was welcoming a new puppy soon! Felt great for a 1st visit!
