“We received Riley four weeks ago today. He’s our second puppy from Kolenda Kennels and as expected he’s a beautiful German Shepherd. Riley is full of energy as is driving our other German Shepherd Max crazy.”
“This place has a lot to offer if you have a dog or a cat, plus a decent selection for other pets. Today they had a vaccination clinic for dogs, I didn't realize they did this there but it's very nice to know if you're between vets. The staff works hard and is very kind.”

“Great place to go for all of my pet supply needs. Even though they have "hound" in the name, I shop here for cat supplies and they do have other pets covered too. The dog washes are great! The staff is friendly and I have never had an issue shopping here or finding what I need.”
“Stopped by to get a collar for my cat. Machine worked well, staff were friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. Only wish that they wouldn’t keep their Betta fish in cups.”

Parents -- please teach this to your children for their own safety AND for that of the animal you do not know.While we were there, we witnessed several children harassing people's pets while the parents absolutely did not care, even when asked to have their kids stop touching a pet.Don't be those people! This is a great store with great employees and nice products. Be nice!”

“I had ordered from Amazon and received the wrong size. I went to the store to see if an exchange was possible to get my right size. Steve and Trent assisted getting me properly fit and exchanged the waders no questions and I was in and out on my lunch break. Great customer service!!”
“I just went to PSP for dog food. I am very pregnant and had my two year old in tow. I was almost instantly assisted by a kind worker and shown where the brand of dog food I needed was, it was put in my cart, and he offered to even put it in my car for me. He stayed at check-out where he got my daughter a snack and interacted with her as we walked to my car. He put the dog food in the back and even took my cart in. I wish I had paid better attention to what his name was, but he went above and beyond was his job was to assist me. I appreciate him very much and because of his kindness I will definitely be returning!”

“We discovered K9 Kuisine recently and what a wonderful discovery it has been! My dogs were more and more leaving their bowls of kibble completely untouched from breakfast to dinner and I knew I had to make some changes. Never have I seen either of these dogs eat as enthusiastically as they have with these raw food blends. They are actually asking for their meals now which makes me feel very very good. “Love the people here! Everyone is very nice, they remember you after only a couple visits, they are knowledgeable, and seems to care for the animals in the store which you don't see in big box stores. Someone is always doing some type of maintenance on cages or tanks or feeding an animal. Definitely recommend.”
