“This is my favorite place to get my dog Echo groomed. The pet grooming staff are so nice and they do a fantastic job. They have even let me drop him off 15 minutes early before so I could make it in time to a work meeting ? I love the fact you can create appointments online, it’s very convenient. The bandanas my dog receives at the end of his appointment is always holiday or seasonal themed and they are so cute!”
“This location is always clean, well stocked , aisles are clear of clutter but the Best part is the staff. Their associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. We are always greeted promptly and with a smile. I have been to other locations and this company does a great job in hiring, training and the standards ate customer focused. Very refreshing as most companies are focused on getting the customer in and out with as little contact as possible. Most companies give less product and hiked prices, its quite sad all the changes which is why it is so nice to find a Great Company that Appreciates their customers and makes feel valued as well as our pets. Great Job as a company from the vision to the execution. You are doing a Fantastic job. We Love shopping at your store. My family, and my children w/their kids all shop with you. Corporate needs to do a better job taking care of them, and customers. I got an offer to get 15% off an in-store purchase of frozen dog food.. the only type of food my dog will eat. Well, I was excited, only to find out I have to BUY ONLINE and pick up IN STORE and this was after I already drove and arrived at the store HAHAHAHA. Corporate is a joke.”
“Chow Hound in Jenison has the friendliest and most helpful employees. The store is always stocked with the best products for my dog. I go there for Stella and Chewy's Meal Mixers which I've had my dog eating over half her life! And if your pup needs a bath? There's no place better to go than here! It's stocked with everything needed to get your dog sparkling clean and smelling nice! 🙂”
“I’ve had my Clumber Spaniel all over for grooming. Even to a behaviorist! Alicia at Pet Supplies has been the only one able to groom my dog. If you have a dog that’s difficult to groom, make an appointment with Alicia! My Cooper loves her and she keeps him looking great!”

They have a really awesome variety of fish with lots of different colors, sizes, and species to check out. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. It’s a fun place to visit for anyone who enjoys aquariums and seeing all the different kinds of fish they have available.”
“My german shepherd doesn't do well with most food, but has been doing so well on K9 Kuisine. He drools heavily at meal time. The subscription and delivery service takes out all the hassle at a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommended!”
“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing.
The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis.
I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”
“We take our dog here every other week to help her with socialization and her nervousness. The staff is always friendly and the store is generally clean. We also enrolled in one of the dog training sessions. The trainer was very knowledgeable and helped us to deal with her nervousness and basic training. Definitely recommend.”
