  According to usps.com this location is open until 5:00 p.m., according to 1-800-ASKUSPS this location is open until 5:00 p.m., and according to the sign on the door this location is open until 5:00 p.m. However, if you are an entitled Byron Center post office employee you can just close whenever the hell you want.   Passports by appointment w/ some walk-in hours. Initially was rejected due to the USPS employee failing to complete her portion of the application. Took about 3 weeks to receive the rejection letter, then another 3 weeks for the corrected application to be approved and passport received.

  Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I dropped off a huge mailer, in and out in no time, because the staff knew what to do.
