Unfortunately, this particular Walgreens location has some of the worst pharmacy customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve called with a simple question, I’ve been met with rude and dismissive responses, something I haven’t encountered at any other Walgreens. It’s consistently unhelpful and frustrating. I strongly recommend Walgreens re-evaluates the staff at this location and prioritizes hiring pharmacy representatives who actually want to assist customers.

Walgreens people do a good job overall except at the drive up window. Being disabled, I find it difficult to go inside so the drive up can be great. But no matter what time I go there I have to wait for 5 or 6 cars ahead of me. I don't think it's the staff causing the problem, it is just a very annoying set up. I've had to wait over 20 min. for 2 cars ahead of me. I recommend going inside if there is a line up at the window. Once you are in line, there is no way to get out!

No assistance from the employee on the floor, the manager was yelling at the cashier from the photo center, and the other shoppers were rude. Won't be returning to this location.

Everyone needs to leave this Pharmacy ASAP. I hope they close, better yet get Shut Down. This Pharmacy, the Pharmacists, and the Technicians deserve a Zero rating. They are extremely rude! They just don't care at all and get away with it! The Pharmacy is a joke. The Pharmacist will not fill prescriptions that are called in. They have countless excuses why they won't fill prescriptions. They don't care that their inept work has put me in the ER. They don't keep their stock filled. They have lied repetedly to my Doctor's. My Doctors were annoyed with them, as they have needed to call often to have my perscrpitions filled. I left!

Absolutely worse experience ever not ince not twice not three times but 5 times now. They are absolutely void of any understanding or customer service to their customers who actually are in need of their medications and supplies. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

The pharmacy is almost always rude over the phone to the point that I dread calling them every month. Sad that this pharmacy is the only one that reliably stocks my meds because I can't stand 90% of the employees here.I highly suggest checking y'all's attitudes because you're straight up intolerable.

Walgreens, Byron Center, rudest people on the planet. I will be switching to another pharmacy. Said pharmacy that I am switching to ask me to have my doctor call them. They don't want to deal with Walgreens either. Shame on them. The rest of the store seems fine. Just management and the pharmacy. Judging by the reviews I would dare say that I am not the only one that feels this way. Bye bye Walgreens.

Terrible staff. Idk who Stacey is but she should be fired. I called about a prescription and she told me it wasn’t ready. But immediately after told me she didn’t even check the system. Huh wonder how that works. Need better staff with better people skills
