“What can I say? I could go on for hours and still not tell you how great we were treated here! We had a trailer that was involved in a hit-and-run while we were driving across Michigan. We lost the complete left side of our dolly - tire, rim and brakes. It was midnight, and I looked these gentlemen up on Google. I was able to get the trailer towed at three in the morning and dropped off in front of their station. Left a message on their answering machine and they called me the next morning to tell me that parts are on order And he’ll keep me up-to-date. It took 24 hours to get the parts in. It was ready the next day. They also went above and beyond and replaced broken lights, repaired the broken fender and even painted it. Then when we picked it up Steve helped hook up the trailer to the RV, and even checked the battery on the RV. Like I said I could go on and on and never say enough about this location. Thank you for helping us get back on the road again!!!”

“Best decision ever! I could not of asked for more, they repaired my Mazda CX-5 which looked brand new when I picked it up. They went an the distance to get the car back to me, worked hard with insurance company who usually drag their little feet, but this day, I was the winner for picking Gurden's. After the accident I took my car to another body shop in Cadillac, the one with the most reviews, it was a huge mistake, they treated me as if they were doing me a favor to fix my vehicle, knowing trouble was around the corner I pulled my vehicle (they had not touched it) I wanted to have Dean's Auto Body fix my car but they were overbooked, told me
look for someone who could take it sooner than 8 weeks. I went into the reviews and came out thinking Gurden is my best and only hope to get this car done. From the delivery of the car they were responsive, kind, If left a message and they called back!.I felt like making a flyer and putting on every car that had damage, saying to the driver, run don't walk to Gurden they are wonderful!”

John realized the road was inaccessible with a standard rig so we got to see John and the off road rig in action! They saved our butt's big time in this ice storm! “I was stuck in the entrance to Mitchell State Park, in Cadillac Michigan on a Sunday afternoon. Mel was able to diagnose the problem and have my vehicle running, a class A diesel motorhome, in less than an hour. I ordered the part we needed, and he came back to the campground to install it a few days later. Mel was quick to diagnose the problem, explained the solution clearly, and get us back on the road quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Mel.”

“Love this place! I was having alot of issues getting the right driveline for my Silverado 3500HD extended cab long box. I had already tried 5 other salvage yards and each time it was the worng part. The difference with Genes was they were actually willing to get hands on the part and measure for me so i knew i had the right part. They were also willing to package the part and ship it all the way to Idaho! Part arrived and I couldn't be happier! Friendly staff, prompt shipping- what more could you ask for? “Traveled to this area from out of town and blew a camper tire. Brought two tires in at the end of the day to get repaired while we stayed at a campsite nearby. The customer service was fantastic. They got us in quickly replaced our tires before we even had a chance to leave town. Same day! Prices were pretty comparable to online not that we would have had a choice. Scott helped us quickly. Was fair. Kind and had us on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend!”

“Unfortunately, the information from the customer is not accurate. We could not honor the payments due to fact they did not qualify for the rate quoted to them. Some circumstances are beyond our control.We did mail a check for $100 for the repair. The customer call after 3 weeks and indicated he did not receive the check. The office cancelled payment on the first check and send another. It did pass through our account with his name as endorser. Unfortunately, miss information can reflect inaccurately. If you check car gurus, we have 5 stars with dozens of reviews.”
