“What a great guy! We lost the tread on our camper tire and had to pull off the interstate. Made a call and he came to us to help change to a spare tire. he was such a nice guy. We bought a full set of tires off him, which he changed out at the end of our camping trip. Can’t say enough nice things about him. Great set of Blackhawk tires.”

“What can I say? I could go on for hours and still not tell you how great we were treated here! We had a trailer that was involved in a hit-and-run while we were driving across Michigan. We lost the complete left side of our dolly - tire, rim and brakes. It was midnight, and I looked these gentlemen up on Google. I was able to get the trailer towed at three in the morning and dropped off in front of their station. Left a message on their answering machine and they called me the next morning to tell me that parts are on order And he’ll keep me up-to-date. It took 24 hours to get the parts in. It was ready the next day. They also went above and beyond and replaced broken lights, repaired the broken fender and even painted it. Then when we picked it up Steve helped hook up the trailer to the RV, and even checked the battery on the RV. Like I said I could go on and on and never say enough about this location. Thank you for helping us get back on the road again!!!”

When I drove to Peterson towing I see guy on front his house I stopped and ask him to help with winch his response right away
His super friendly and honest guy

“I was stuck in the entrance to Mitchell State Park, in Cadillac Michigan on a Sunday afternoon. Mel was able to diagnose the problem and have my vehicle running, a class A diesel motorhome, in less than an hour. I ordered the part we needed, and he came back to the campground to install it a few days later. Mel was quick to diagnose the problem, explained the solution clearly, and get us back on the road quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Mel.”

“I wanted to share an experience with the service team. I brought a used vehicle I bought from a friend after local mechanic stated I would have to bring to dealership for fix. Fox got my car right in for inspection. When i received my estimate i was blown away, a little leary as it was more then what i spent on thw car. I asked the guy of we could just start with the cheaper fix in hopes it solved the issue.... appt scheduled. They had the car most of the day and still could not resolve with that one fix, however i was told the technician wanted a little more time.Today they were able to get my car back in. And Fixed it! Thank you to the tech who took time to dig a littlw deper knowing i did not want to put more money into a car then i paid for!”
“I originally gave five stars but I now retract that. About a week after getting the truck back it started shaking one day. I pull over and climb under the truck and find my steering shock hanging from one bolt no bolt in the other end. I called and asked for them to simply order me the proper bolt and I will fix. I was asked to email pics so I did. No response!! And still today have not had contact. Then a week later I'm under it with a power washer getting all the dear crap and guts off the front diff which they didn't do. And find the front stabilizer link which they replaced with one nut missing and the other almost off. Didn't bother to call them on this just bought another link at my cost and repaired. This is a late 2024 model ram 2500 with really low miles too.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place they suck. Never again will they touch a vehicle of mine.”
“My day got turned around when I visited this Walmart’s Auto Service. It was the only place I could find open on Memorial Day after realizing I had punctured my tire in the midst of a 4 hour drive home. Both Memo and the other gentleman I spoke with (I think Jon or Brent. He had a star tattoo on his hand) were incredibly kind and reassuring. They were confident and quick in their work which was very appreciated with a long drive home still. A quick patch job and I was back on the road. A big thank you to those two.”

“11-27, Wife and I were heading up north to go Deer hunting. Just north of Cadillac the serpentine belt and idle pulley broke on our 07 Ram. We limped into Manton at 5 am. When Thirlbys opened I was hoping they had the parts. Fortunately they did,and a wrench to change the idle pulley. Many thanks to the salesman at Thirlbys, he went above and beyond to get us back on the road.”
