He held a professional demeanor with friendly service and helped us out with many things…we were unable to solve all our issues but Tyler talked with the store manager Courtney and she emailed the Traverse City store manager and assured us it will all be resolved. “Charter Spectrum customer service has always been there and ready to help when needed. Their customer support seems to be non stop ready to take your call. I give it 4 stars, and maybe even closer to 3 because of their cable selection. It's a bit expensive, and for the price there aren't many movie channels, and there's been moments where channels are just removed from your original plan. Their cable is a bit trying. But their Internet is great, Internet service and response is great.”
