The service rep solved my problem and was great to work with during my time at spectrum.

Wasn't terrible but busy the first day we came in and then came back the next day with a reserved time and apparently we had go wait even longer so it took 1 week altogether to get paired to spectrum but T-Mobile was only 1 day

Cadillac really needs more than 1 spectrum store,or more employees. The wait to be serviced is insane!!!
