Shout out to Kaycie, who was a huge help to me in getting a new phone and switching over to Spectrum. She made a stressful situation so much better—so helpful, friendly, and patient. Can’t say thank you enough! Really helpful staff all around.

We had to switch to Spectrum, and the associate TJ at the Cadillac store was very Personable and very helpful!!
