“XPO driver showed up to my cottage at 9:00 am with HVAC order. Only problem, I was 190 miles away, the shipment was supposed to be an afternoon delivery. Called Amber and she reassured my it would be delivered that afternoon. Received another call while driving from Matt who wanted to know my ETA. Shipment showed up 5 minutes after I had arrived. Thanks to everybody at XPO for correcting a little snafu.....”
