“Run and go get their jeans all on sale right now super great deal!! I saw a girl at a different store and fell in love with her jeans she had on. I asked her where she got them she told me Aeropostale so I had to go get me the same exact pair. I'm telling you they are so cute!! A distressed kinda faded slightly bell bottom high rise jeans. I got them pair of jeans and a cute crop top shirt and only pair $30 for the both. All jeans are on sale!!”
“Absolutely blown away but the quality from Forest Hills Outfitters! We ordered a full set of company shirts and sweatshirts that exceeded our expectations. Cartwright suggested a slight modification to our logo and thanks to the change it really stands out.

“Good things but but I found prices higher than in other Ross branches. Also, half of their fitting rooms were closed and the line for the remaining two was too long. I decided to leave the store and not buy anything rather than waiting in line.”
“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing.
The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis.
I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”
“The manager at the Buckle in Woodland Mall was exceptional. That is what real service is. I came leave to pick up my rock revival jeans and not only did they give me the jeans an hour ahead of when they opened but they did not charge me for delivery of the second pair that had not arrived yet with Federal Express. He listens to customers and knows what it takes for a repeat customer. Thank you.”
“Love Lands End. Been purchasing from them for over 40 years. Recently purchased 3 sets of sheets to use as gifts for grown kids in the future. Then saw that I could get them for a savings of $20 per set. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment. Was told that since it was over one week since order I couldn’t get a price adjustment but that I could return and reorder. I can and will do that but it is inconvenient for me and costly for them to process a return”
“We discovered that if you own a NorthFace product that deteriorated you can return it for an exchange. Last week we took a jacket back but discovered that in order to return it, we had to go onto our computer and fill out all the paperwork. Because we are not 100% computer savvy, we asked the clerk, Nicholas, if he would do it for us — and he did! That is what we call excellent customer service. Thank you, Nicholas.!”

“Stopped in today for a return that was a little wonky for an online order, and the service I received was exceptional. The associate that processed the return was superb and understanding as I fumbled a bit through getting the information they needed (taller African American woman? I did not catch her name, I'm sorry, but she was great!)The manager/supervisor that assisted (I wish I had her name, short blondish hair?) was as eloquent and smart as she was sincere and patient. I'm not the best in social situations sometimes, so I hope they both know how much I appreciated the positive interaction today. All the best vibes and wishes to this crew. “Such a fantastic experience shopping at Madewell in Breton Village. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Emily was especially awesome — she really listened to what I was looking for and her product knowledge is incredible. The store itself was clean, organized, and had such an upbeat vibe. There is always a line to the dressing rooms, which there are 6. The parents that regularly shop Windsor know this and we just get in line and let our girls shop.
