“Good people, don't be fooled by the looks of those coming in and out of the store. If you're not a smoker, not the place for you. However, they do have some nice apparel to represent the West Side of GR called 616 West. I've purchased a few things from there, and I love it. Very comfortable clothing. Nice art work on the walls as well.”

“So glad we stumbled into this cool little shops in Grand Rapids this weekend and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The store was full of unique, thoughtfully curated products you don’t see everywhere else , the kind of place where you want to look at every shelf because there’s so many interesting things to discover.
What really made the experience exceptional though was the staff. Incredibly welcoming to every single person who walked in, genuine, and passionate about the city. We ended up getting amazing local recommendations for places to eat, explore, and spend time, and honestly those suggestions completely shaped our weekend in the best way. Every recommendation was spot on and helped turn a good weekend getaway into an unforgettable one.
You can tell this is a business that truly cares about creating an experience, and ambassadors for the city, not just making a sale. “After getting my coffee, I visited Woosah and was captivated by the energy of the space. The person at the register was incredibly nice and educated us about the artist and the space. You can really tell the artist poured their heart into this project, and it shows. I wish I lived closer so I could be part of this vibrant community. “Purchased an upcycled billboard tote from Fresh Thyme last year made by this company, was so excited to see it was both locally made and woman owned! The tote itself has become our #1 used item for running our two kids around. The billboard material one is completely waterproof (great for after swim-lessons and the beach) and it's a great size. I love it so much I just ordered another one. This company is everything I love to see in a business. Thank you!!”

“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing.
The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis.
I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”

“Love Lands End. Been purchasing from them for over 40 years. Recently purchased 3 sets of sheets to use as gifts for grown kids in the future. Then saw that I could get them for a savings of $20 per set. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment. Was told that since it was over one week since order I couldn’t get a price adjustment but that I could return and reorder. I can and will do that but it is inconvenient for me and costly for them to process a return”
“Run and go get their jeans all on sale right now super great deal!! I saw a girl at a different store and fell in love with her jeans she had on. I asked her where she got them she told me Aeropostale so I had to go get me the same exact pair. I'm telling you they are so cute!! A distressed kinda faded slightly bell bottom high rise jeans. I got them pair of jeans and a cute crop top shirt and only pair $30 for the both. All jeans are on sale!!”
“The manager at the Buckle in Woodland Mall was exceptional. That is what real service is. I came leave to pick up my rock revival jeans and not only did they give me the jeans an hour ahead of when they opened but they did not charge me for delivery of the second pair that had not arrived yet with Federal Express. He listens to customers and knows what it takes for a repeat customer. Thank you.”
“I’m so glad we have a store like this in our community. I had a great conversation with Marta when I stopped in yesterday and bought a super comfy organic cotton cardigan. This store represents the mindset shift that is so desperately needed around clothes, for our health, for the planet, and for workers’ rights. Clothing is an investment that should be chosen carefully and made to last using natural materials and planet-conscious production methods. “I am a true 3x. I went in today after eating Maru and getting some LaBon. I bought the cutest, most supportive, and softest sports bra from her today. I was a little nervous to take my kid in with me but there are chairs with books & he loves to read. I will for sure be back and I hope more plus size items will be restocked soon. Very cute store, especially if you work in a school. The clearance is dope as well.”

“We discovered that if you own a NorthFace product that deteriorated you can return it for an exchange. Last week we took a jacket back but discovered that in order to return it, we had to go onto our computer and fill out all the paperwork. Because we are not 100% computer savvy, we asked the clerk, Nicholas, if he would do it for us — and he did! That is what we call excellent customer service. Thank you, Nicholas.!”

“Absolutely love this place. Being able to taste-test many of drinks is a game changer! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful - they helped me find exactly what I was looking for (and then some)! I am completely sober, and it's hard to describe how great it feels to walk into a bottle shop and be able to drink everything. But you don't need to be sober to enjoy this place! Their drink selection is superb - looking for NA beer, an NA wine that actually tastes good (trust me, they are hard to find), liquor, Kava, CBD, etc.? What about a gin with CBD? They have it all! Highly recommend.”
