They took the time to answer all of my questions about booking an appointment and seemed very knowledgeable about their services. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
That said, I did get the sense that—like many other repair shops—the business is heavily focused on maximizing revenue. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more customer-first, budget-conscious experience.

“Hands down I like this place for tires. Top notch. I've been to a few places for tires just like many other drivers. Very pleased with how well they cleaned my aluminum rims for my new tires. Best seal longest lasting seal I've obtained for my aluminum rims. Nobody likes to continuously have to check and air poorly sealed tires. Which we know aluminum rims can be fickle with Michigan weather.

“I haven't used their services yet but I will from now on. One of their mechanics, Rudy, saw me struggling to get a new belt on a car in an Autozone parking lot. He stopped his own shopping and came to help so we could get out of the cold. Then he grabbed his own jump box so we could get the car running. After finishing his own shopping, he stopped back over to make sure everything was still on track and that we were both going to get home safe. He's a solid guy and definitely the type of person I'd want working on my car if the need arises.”
“I arrived with some tire issues. I checked in and immediately was brought into a bay. I got new steer tires, fixed a flat on the truck and also had some low tires on the trailer. It had been sitting quite a while. Everything when smooth as I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Thank you guys for the prompt service.”
“I had a good experience with having my vehicle serviced here for an oil change a few weeks ago. I bought a Groupon coupon which included a free tire rotation and break inspection. Overall, I walked out paying about $42 for uncovered costs which is understandable as the Groupon does not cover everything. I did have to reschedule when I initially went since they had to order a filter, but that was A-okay and I got my vehicle serviced the very next morning.
Richard and the rest of his team were very helpful, informative and provided an overall pleasant experience! Richard ensured all my concerns were answered/tended to. The oil change did not take long, and I was provided my receipt as well as estimates for tires and brakes.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place of you need your car serviced. Thank you gentlemen for all your time and assistance!! ?”

I brought him new tires a couple days later and he put them on right away. I couldn’t get in anywhere else to have them installed. Great customer service great price!”
“These guys are the absolute friggin best of the best! I came to them because the air valve stem on one tire was cracked and the cap was stuck on there, preventing me to add air.You know what these guys did? They replaced it for free. Didn't charge me anything. And they inflated all my tires to the correct PSI. They refused to take my money. I couldn't believe it. It's not everyday someone does something for you free of charge.(The sensors didn't work anyway)”

“Yesterday was the first time using the fox honda service department. I got my Odyssey transmission serviced. I'm impressed with how seamless the process was, from scheduling over the phone to leaving the dealership. The waiting area is very clean with comfortable chairs, clean bathrooms, with complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water available. We had our dog because we had to drive a ways from home to get there, and they allowed our dog to wait inside with us, which was nice.
It was $170 for a transmission fluid change, which is significantly more than if I were to buy the stuff and do it myself, but I don't have a lift. It's worth it for every 30,000 miles.”
“after solo traveling halfway across the country for a move and taking over ownership of one of my old vehicles, i found myself having to fill up my tires every half hour ?... i'm 23 years old and couldn't begin to tell you the first thing about cars... always called my dad for any funny noise or light ... so panicking i called a few places near to me with DREAD because they had an hour till close on a saturday but i wouldn't have made it to an appt monday ? steve and the boys were my hero's without capes ! upon calling steve instructed me where to/ how to find the information he needed to know, thoroughly explained all my options and was very reassuring telling me to just get here as soon as i safely could and they would take care of me... i left STILL before they closed with a brand new set of 4, alignment and an appt for more service :) thanks so much guys for keeping me rolling ? for sure my new go-to "car dads" lolll”
“I have used Belle Tire for literally decades over multiple vehicles. However this time I had a very unique situation occur with regard to the switchover from my regular tires to snow tires. I couldn't have been more pleased or more satisfied with the service and accommodation I received from Jesse at the Kentwood store. All of the other sales associates were also helpful and friendly. Jesse went way over and beyond what he needed to do to solve the problem and end up with a very happy customer. I highly recommend Belle Tire and specifically this Belle tire store.”
