I have been banking here for 7 years. People are very friendly and on the top of their job even on days when they are short staffed.last week I had something going on my accounts and the banker went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Attempted to get an auto loan today for my partner. Was co-signing and figured no issue. Turns out her credit score was below the threshold by 10 points while I have a score of 800+. They denied us and wasted an hour of our time. Going to have her switch from 5/3 to Chase.
