“My senior father-in-law was almost the victim of a $15,000 scam, but for the attentiveness and care of the teller at the Canton location. As with all scams, he was told that a family member was hurt and in trouble and needed money right away. So, of course, he was ready to give it because of his emotionally elevated state. Fortunately, the teller at DFCU had a clear head and asked him to call us to confirm the situation. Of course, it wasn't true, and he didn't move forward with the withdrawal. If not for the quick thinking and clear head of the teller, he would have lost all that money. Thank you, DFCU, for 'rescuing' my father-in-law from what could have been a horrible situation.”

“I walked in and was greeted immediately, I asked at least 30 questions and each question was answered!
I honestly didn't do anything with money inside of a bank just questions.
Jacqueline and Alivia were fantastic, they went above and beyond to answer quite ridiculous obscure questions about transferring money.
The establishment is in a great location everyone is smiling and helpful!

“I got myself into a bit of a financial pickle a few weeks ago. Everyone here was so kind in advocating for me, protecting my finances, and reaching out to the correct channels to get/keep my information safe. There were days I came in 2 or 3 times for help and these people were understanding, hardworking, and empathetic.
I definitely feel there could have been better communication with the headquarters customer service phone number and IT, but none of the people at this branch are to blame for that. They actually got on the phone with me multiple times to call that HQ number and speed up the process.
There are so many good things I could say. I’ve spent many hours here in the last two weeks. I’ve seen them professionally handle nice and rude customers. I watched them collaborate with one another. Overall this is a great branch. Thank you guys!!”
