“Update review : 02-27-26

Had an issue with a echo set of lawn tools I just bought. Battery issue. Echo sent me to Wayne Lawn and Garden. They seamlessly took care of it and surprised me with efficiency and helpfulness.

I had to update the review and go five star here for the great help today. I am back in action doing hard work !

Slight wait to get to the parts department.

Felt a tad awkward at first. That quickly diminished when I dealt with the parts guy. He quickly helped me find an odd ball chain saw blade.

The place all be it new looking outside. Has seen it's fair share of traffic inside. More lighting and some scrubbed fresh floors and the showroom would be a tad more inviting. Initial impression !

I think it was priced a tad higher then other places after I checked. But they had it. I was there and he helped me allot.

“Woodcraft is a great place to feed your woodworking hobby.Once in a while they do the SawStop demonstration, don't miss it. It's much louder than you can imagine.Don't miss the back room with all the different species of wood; it smells great.They might be the only TransTint due dealer on this side of town.Highly recommended.”

“I love plant/home improvement shopping here with my husband. They offer 10% military discount and have tons of options for whatever you need, it’s my local Lowe’s 5 min from my house so an even bigger plus.I just felt weird today when a cashier was trying to deceive us into applying for a Lowe’s credit card after we had told her no. We were buying a pressure washer and she kept trying to gaslight us that we would get $100 off by applying or 20%, it would be our choice. I read the terms and conditions and it was only 20% off up to $100. She was insistent but I had her read it again and she was like “well it’s $70 still.” While I don’t mind because I’m very thorough, I don’t want anyone else getting their credit hit when they’re definitely not getting the discount they claim. Just beware of credit cards :)”

“I've done a ton of home projects large and small. Every time I went to this home Depot they had everything I needed. From the biggest lumber to hand tools, hardware everything. Always can find someone to help me. And my checkout was easy.
Now if I can remember to get everything I need that's another question. ?”

“I went to Home Depot today to get to some CPVC pipe to extend the overflow from my water heater. (This story actually begins at Lowe’s where everyone I spoke to was supremely unhelpful, anywho!) I talked to the 3 very pleasant people at the customer service desk at Home Depot about buying and cutting CPVC pipe, they assured that it could be done, and one of the gentlemen (I didn’t get his name) directed me to the correct aisle and told me he would call the worker in that department to come help me.

I went to the aisle and waited patiently, I saw that there a worker there currently involved with another customer. After a few moments the same gentleman from the front desk came and found me to help out as the other gentleman was busy. We found the pipe, he measured out the length I needed, and when Jim was available, he cut the length I needed with a tool that was readily available in the area and directed me to the fittings I needed as well.

Excellent and fast customer service from everyone I encountered on this snowy New Year’s Eve. Thank you all so much!”
