“Very kind staff willing to help any time, even if you just are seeking an answer to a question. I was having a bad day and acted and spoke inappropriately to a pharmacist and had taken my business elsewhere for approximately five years only to have the new pharmacy stop accepting my insurance. They absolutely did not have to, nor did I expect them to take me back as a patient/client. I made amends the best I could to the pharmacist I had wronged and he accepted me back. They are very busy and absolutely didn't need my business but allowed me to return. That is kindness that is rare. I also want to add a continued apology to the Pharmacist Frank. Thank you ?”

Along with the cost of prescription medications. When it involves a pet. I appreciate the owner speaking with me, and understanding my concerns. Also, the store is Amazing!!! If you need anything, and can’t find it at I Pharmacy, they don’t manufacture it.”

Lisa guided me step by step to get exactly what I needed and answered all my questions patiently. She is very friendly, kind, and a genuinely nice person. I truly felt lucky that she was the one helping me. Highly recommended!”
“I recently had my first LINCARE experience as a new customer for a CPAP Machine. My first encounter with someone at LINCARE was a little awkward, and they were not able to confirm my Previously Scheduled appointment at the Local Plymouth location. I then left the location and drove my car away. Upon my surprise I received a phone call from a Mgr named JOSH TUFNELL at the same location. Josh apologized for my inconvenience and asked me to return to the Plymouth location if able. I returned and Josh reassured me that my equipment and Scheduled appt. will be recognized with a CPAP fitting as needed. He said my Technician had a Family emergency but he has another employee RON who’s available and looking forward to assisting me with my CPAP appointment.
A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO RON WHEELER/CPAP Technician with various other SKILLS☺️Ron assisted me and answered all of my Questions. 1-1/2 hrs. later I walked out with my CPAP equipment and the Mgr. JOSH reassured me I was in great hands and he gave me a phone number to use with any other questions or issues. LIZ a Front Office billing rep introduced herself and confirmed all necessary co-insurance and other information as needed.
I will now be on my way to a more Healthier and productive Sleep as required.
