“I had a wonderful experience dropping off a package for FedEx here. I had a QR code and saw a sign that the store couldn't accept QR code packages. An amazing employee (I didn't catch her name, a blonde young woman) caught me on the way out and said I could email the label to the store email and she had me on my way with my package prepared for FedEx pickup.
