I dropped off a huge donation of clothing today, 01/17/26. The attendant/associate who took the donation was quite rude and not particularly pleasant. He failed to offer me a receipt (I had to request one). If he exemplifies the typical Canton Salvation Army employee, then the hiring process must be revamped and improved.

I've been in line for 30 minutes. There is no way it should take that long to check out the 10 people in front of me.

Prices are outrageous for certain items. Used shirts for $15 in some cases more. Old printers for 30+ dollars. Don't even bother getting any electronics either. Half of them don't work. Also if you have sensitivity to dust or pets I wouldn't recommend staying in this store for long...
