Schmidt's Roadside is a great family owned and operated farm stand that has been there for years. It offers the best produce and flowers in town, including absolutely delicious Michigan produce, the best corn, and gorgeous plants. They have a wide selection of local dairy products, Bettermade products, and all kinds of beautiful handmade crafts. The atmosphere is great and it reminds people of up north Michigan. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, always very helpful, and are amazing people who treat others like family. It is a good place to stop for fresh Michigan produce, a nice assortment of plants and flowers, and really sweet little handmade items. Be sure to stop by in the fall for pumpkins and for their Christmas craft show weekend. It is a place customers never disappoint and cannot recommend enough.
Such a great place! All Michigan made products, this place is amazing! Great selections! Very kind and helpful staff. They have gifts, some grocery, fresh produce and plants. I can't wait to get some egg nog later in the season!

Bought corn couple days ago. Not cheap. It was terrible. I was very disappointed. I would suggest to remove off the floor. Will wait couple weeks for good Michigan corn.

Great healthy plants. Massive selection.. not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Update 5/7/25, picked out some nice plants for mothers day gifts.
