Every employee is professional and courteous! They have a huge smile and take care of me like im their only customer. It’s a pleasure to visit this store! Super clean too! I never wait and if I do it’s not very long! Best UPS store ive ever been too!

Store 4707 is seriously the best. There are others closer to me, but if I can, I make it out to this one. Jeff and Tyler were awesome. I saw them go above and beyond for multiple customers while I was in there and weren’t even slightly annoyed with my 13! Amazon returns. Love the open store concept and the continual interaction it allows.

I’ve been a long-time customer at this UPS on Michigan Ave and never had issues before, but my recent visit was awful.
I dropped off three Happy Returns orders and the person at counter (i never saw him before at this store) mismatched two of them. When I returned to resolve it, his tone was so rude, blamed me for giving “wrong barcodes,” and refused to cooperate figuring out the issue. It’s the employee’s job to scan correctly, not to argue with customers. Very unprofessional service - this location needs to retrain staff on handling returns and customer concerns.
P.S - All the other employees are so professional and i always had great experience with them.

Love the neat and organized environment of the store. The staff are very friendly and welcomes you with smiles. I like going here because of the professionalism and friendliness whenever I step in.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Jabin today! He problem solved two packages that were currently delivered to his access point location, rather than Arizona. He also provided the corporate phone number so I could follow up on the incident. I was so glad to hear he had the packages in hand and could see the errant labeling from Tempe. Hoping to see those packages at our home next week. Thanks for the assist so much! I did contact corporate on the phone number he provided, and they are having a local office to me. contact me to follow through on the routing. Thanks, Jabin!

This is my go to USP store and the young lady is outstanding. Sometimes I get frustrated when sending something back and she patiently helped me get everything together.

I just had the greatest customer service from a young lady. She was kind, helpful, and patient . I felt valued and seen. I am a senior, and in today's world, it is rare that I see this often. I was returning items to Amazon and was having a pretty rough go of navigating the system of return. She noticed my dilemma and assisted without me asking. She definitely was raised right and has a kindred spirit. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing experience at the UPS Store, all thanks to Jabin Young! He’s incredibly kind and patient, helping me with all my questions without ever making me feel rushed, even when other customers were waiting. I came into the store a couple of times before shipping my three packages, asking about different sizes and weights, and each time, Jabin kept his calm and explained everything clearly and politely. His customer service is truly top-notch—I can’t praise him enough! I had to leave this Google review to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Other UPS employees should take notes from Jabin’s example. He absolutely deserves a raise, and if a higher position opens up, he’s the guy for it. Hats off to him! Highly recommend visiting this UPS Store and working with Jabin!

Stopped by this location for the Happy Returns. I was in and out in less than a minute! Didn't even have time to get the wonderful gentleman's name that helped me. Fantastic service, super efficient and I highly recommend this location.
