“Lately, it is rare to encounter anyone in hospitality or retail who seems to be sincere in their desire to provide excellent service. However, at Wild Bill’s of Canton, I have been very impressed by the thoughtfulness shown to me by Tyler. This has become my favorite location because of the kindness of the staff. Tyler is an exemplary employee who makes all guests feel welcome. As a cigar enthusiast, the experience of selecting a stick and feeling happy when I leave a given establishment is important to me. While this location does not have the largest selection, they are always stocked with cigars for those with a discerning palate. The combination of the delectable products and Tyler’s friendly service make Wild Bill’s of Canton vastly superior to the location in Westland.”
