“It was hard to decide between wanting to gatekeep this place and wanting to share the treasure that is this hooka lounge. quiet and chill atmosphere, good hookah, lovely service, normal prices. most of the other customers were solo working or chillin, and there was more than enough space for my group of 6 to yap. 313/10 would recommend ?”

“After my previous experience, I reluctantly stopped by the store today because I was in a time crunch. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with the manager.
It was clear that my previous experience had been shared with him, and he took the time to address my concerns with kindness and professionalism. Out of respect for the manager and the way he handled the situation, I have deleted my previous review and am submitting this updated one instead.
