Needs some work here and there but very quiet.....can rent mobile homes and lot rent very reasonable compared to other parks....under 500....

Long grass, high lot rent and moderate to high priced "new" modular homes. Not a bad idea to make sure you have the HONEST information for anything you want to know about on the inside of the modular homes..... Thank u
