toured a couple of homes with mike simons, he was absolutely amazing. he showed us multiple homes and had no problem doing it, and was so kind the entire time!

I wish that me and my family could live here, but the lot rent is over $700 per month,plus mortgage, which is too expensive to me. May as well buy a single family home. Property is very clean. Quiet. A few amenities,but no pool, gym, etc. Nice home I looked at. If lot rent drops, I give 5 stars.
