“This is the best pharmacy in Monroe county. They always have whatever prescription i need filled and they are quick from running insurance, filling your prescription, and answering any questions you may have and getting you out the door. The staff is so amazingly caring and kind. They go above and beyond for patients. I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years and unlike Walgreens or other pharmacies they truly do care about you. They also have a lot of common health care items that don't require a prescription to get. Very convenient and friendly. I will never use any other pharmacy. It truly is the staff that makes this place stand out from the rest.”

“I can't even begin to explain all the ways the pharmacists here have gone out of their way to accommodate me. Teaching me ways to get around problems while I was having issues with my insurance. Teaching me how to describe issues to my doctor to avoid those problems in the future. I don't even live in the area anymore but continue to use them as my pharmacy based solely on the confidence I have in them to eliminate the occasional headaches one can have when dealing with a chronic illness like asthma.Also, the fried chicken is top notch and super affordable. They are also as helpful as possible to old people with Alzheimer's disease. It is always very clean. They sell gas but it is over priced. They often have bargains on seasonal items they place outdoors to lure you inside. The employees seem to have a lot of integrity and ask if they can help handicapped people. Kroger is a preferred pharmacy with some of the big insurance companies so you will get better prices than elsewhere if Kroger is on the preferred list”

“I recently switched from Walgreens to Walmart Pharmacy. When I got my script filled, the pharmacy tech told me the pharmacist wanted to speak with me personally. The Pharmacist told me my medication doesn't always work right away, he said don't get discouraged it takes time to alleviate symptoms he said if I don't start feeling better to contact my Dr and don't hesitate to call or come back in to talk with him. I have never had a pharmacist that takes time to pull me aside and reasure me that everything will be alright and not to get discouraged if it doesn't work. It's rare these days to get a pharmacist who cares enough to make time to talk with a patient personally.”

“Amazing care and team. Doctors listened and were great. Did the best they could but didn’t have the equipment to check for a blood clot in an arm so we were transferred to the Wyandotte location. That’s when our experience went from great to awful. I’d highly recommend the browns town location for any non blood clot conditions but DO NOT GO TO WYANDOTTE if they transfer you. We ended up being treated awful there and it took 12 hours to get care. There were literally even patients escaping and being tackled by the Wyandotte staff. And I witness numerous other problems with the Wyandotte location (mainly with their staff member Kelly H and the security guard rookie) as well steer clear of there or drive the distance to be transferred else where.”
