“The Staff is Always very helpful and pleasant. They have helped me make good decisions regarding items I need to return to Companies that for whatever reason, I don't want so I can get my purchased funds returned to me. I would recommend this business to Anyone. I hope that this helps.”
“There is a post office in the building, although they don't put on a sign indicating the location. Simply go to the customer service desk and those friendly ladies will be willing to help you.”

“Maybee post office is wonderful! I was out of town when I received an international package. They were very kind to keep the package for me until I was able to pick it up--normally I believe after a certain amount of time they no longer hold it and ship it back. So happy they kept it for me! I also wanted to make sure our wedding invitations were the appropriate size and whether they required one or two stamps. They were more than happy to take the extra time to complete the measurements. Thanks, Maybee!! :)”
“Very impressed with the above and beyond service provided. Tammy was at the counter moments before closing on May 29,2019. I needed to send an urgent overnight document to Great Lakes Nat'l Cemetery and she made sure it was on the truck to go out immediately. She could of told me it will go out tomorrow but she went the extra mile to help me. I am very appreciative and send her a huge Thank You.”
“I had a really positive experience at the Monroe post office on Front Street today. The staff took the time to actually listen to my situation and help me work through it instead of rushing me or brushing me off.
Everyone I interacted with was patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful, which made a stressful situation a lot easier. You don’t always expect that level of care at a busy post office, but they delivered it today.
Big thank you to the team there — it was noticed and appreciated.”
“I love the Flat Rock Post Office! The employees are always friendly and go over and above with customer service. Christina was kind and very efficient in assisting us with passport applications! 5 stars to this postal office!!”
“The Newport MI Post Office is one of the best PO’s I’ve ever used. Outstanding personnel that are friendly and efficient. Thank you for your outstanding service.”

“One of the best Post Offices I have had the pleasure of going to. Very professional and helpful. This one should be modeled to the others especially the larger ones in the area. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. Even when the lobby is full of customers they are helpful and friendly.”
