“I been going to Buggy Lube for oil changes many many years...never met guys in the pit but the staff up top side dealing with me is always appropriate and thorough....they go above and beyond...last time in a fella that's been there as long as I've been going noted my brake fluid was down a bit and might want to check brake pads for wear...didn't know I had a cabin air filter...offered to check it...found mice nest and cleaned filter...fan had twice the volume after that...good business”
“A big thanks to the Manager on duty Saturday 6/7/25. I had a screw in my tire and they swapped it out with my spare in 5 minutes since they could not fix it and I was on my way a hundred miles from home.. A life saver thank you to those guys working on Saturday afternoon for putting the customer first. I hope the store manager will recognize them for the customer good will that they promoted. As a Walmart stock holder I was very impressed at the professionalism that they exhibited handling my situation.
