  Customers service sucks, and the loan officer Lori was useless, she never got a thing done in a timely manner, than lies to me after me verbally telling her some stuff, would not recommend this place for any type of loan,bank account,or anything else. Highly disappointed in this place and there policy's!!!

  Extremely difficult to finance with along with the loan officers, not listening to you and doing whatever they want when you tell them to not run your credit when you’re just asking for an estimate on a loan but they just run it anyways

  A lady named Jesse is who I spoke to. Horrible customer service. They promise you one thing on the phone and do another. Horrible experience!!!!!
