“On Friday September 28th we were taken care of by Katie Parrish. First of all I arranged a large truck to pick up all my kitchen and bathroom cabinets with for our new house. When we went to pick up the truck at anther National Storage Center on a Friday, the office were closed. I was upset since we had to pick these cabs the next morning. So I called Katie's office and she arranged for us (after closing time) another truck that had just been dropped off. And it was the only one they had. She was wonderful!!! The more I thought about the other office that was closed, the more I think I'm the one that messed up the date. But even still she took care of us and treated us with understanding and kindness. I just feel bad for my error with their other office. I would definitely do business with them again. Great experience! Lorna and Glenn”
