“I bought a washer and dryer here back in August/September. The first washer I got would not fill, I called them they brought me another one free of charge. The next washer wouldn’t agitate, called them and got another one once again free of charge. Everything has worked great since then. The dryer cord wouldn’t reach to the plug and they gave me a riser for free. A lot of people don’t like this place because the owner has an attitude, and yes he does but that’s just the kind of person he is. It isn’t against any of his customers. The owners son is amazing. I would do business here again in the future.”

“I'll be honest, I originally went to home depot to rent a tool I needed for my backyard. Sadly they did not have what I needed, which led me to Chet's and boy am I glad that happened. The staff at Chet's is extremely friendly and helpful! From the front counter to the team who actually load your equipment in the truck for you! They teach you how to use the equipment and even gave me a few extra hours the next day to finish the job without penalties! They also have everything you need to get a job done, I HIGHLY recommend this place.”

“Great experiences all around. Had a couple of unfortunate hiccups happen but they offered great customer service and resolved the issues (including honoring their warranty). They were great to work with and I would absolutely recommend J&T.
I worked with Brennan who helped me find appliances after showing me a few different options at different price points. I got a gas range, gas dryer, and fridge for $1060 (which included a credit for trading in an electric dryer).
Unfortunately, a miscommunication resulted in a different stove getting dropped off than expected. Obviously that wasn't ideal, but J&T were were great about it. Brennan explained what happened and apologized right away. They let me know I could keep the 4-burner and they would replace it with a 5-burner once one was available--which they did.
Additionally, a small break and a crack in the plastic of the fridge unfortunately made a drawer unusable. I let them know about the issue and because it was within the 1-year warranty window, they arranged to replace the fridge when they came to switch the stoves (about 6 weeks later). So, even though we had to wait a bit for them to swap the fridge and stove, they made sure we did not go without appliances while we waited for the replacements.
The delivery guys were fantastic both times. They were quick, efficient, and very respectful. They kindly wore the masks I provided, which was very much appreciated. They clearly knew what they were doing--hooked up the gas lines and tested the appliances within minutes. Even with the heavy appliances, everything was moved in and out swiftly and they were careful to protect the flowers out front as well as the walls/floors/furniture/doorframes from any potential damage. For both deliveries, they were in and out in under 20 minutes. Easiest appliance deliveries (and trade ins) I have experienced, hands down.
Very happy with my experience overall. I am happy with the purchases and I don't expect any further issues with any of the appliances--but I am glad to know that they will honor their warranty in case anything does come up. They were a pleasure to work with, and I 100% recommend.”

“I can not say enough about my experience with Tommy, the store manager at the Roseville location. Tommy went above and beyond to find the recliner that I had been trying to secure. After it not being in stock at the first store I went to I decided to call another store. He also said it was it was not in stock. I asked if I was waiting for something that was discontinued. He said a a a yeah it’s discontinued. Not feeling that I was getting the correct info I called the Manufacturer. I was told that it was not discontinued and they were in stock. That’s when I called Roseville. Luckily Tommy answered. He said it was showing they had one which meant it was on the floor. He knew it wasn’t on the floor and asked if he could call me back. In no time he called back and said he had one in the box. What followed were calls to me with confirmation about delivery and he wasn’t satisfied with the delivery date and managed to move it up a day. Over the course of 55 years I have bought numerous appliances, mattresses and furniture from many stores. Never did I receive such fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Tommy and the Roseville store. (Delivery men Chris and partner were great too!) Thank you Tommy! You are the best!”

“This place is an under appreciated gem! I’ve been here twice now. While on first glance it seems a bit cluttered and musty, I learned that just means they know exactly what, where, and how many of any appliance parts or tools they have available. Plus the wealth of knowledge and experience of repairing, which they’ve been wonderfully helpful for DIY!The first time I came here was for a gas oven igniter, I came with the part no. and model of my stove. The older man on a stool (never caught his name, sorry!) knew exactly which part I needed when I said the part number. He still double checked it with the oven’s model for me and gave me a few pointers on dismantling and reassembly I wouldn’t have known otherwise. The part was slightly more expensive than online (nooo, really??? things are cheap online??? Lol.) Truly the service and information was more than worth waiting days for a lower quality part and garbage foreign customer service if I had any issues to save a few bucks. Second time I stopped in to see if they had an electric dryer lint filter, which sadly they didn’t have in stock. However, the same gentleman who helped me before checked one of their local warehouse distributor’s stock for me before sending me over- where I got the OEM part at half the price of online!! Both my stove and dryer have worked beautifully since for only 60$.I highly recommend them if you’re a hands on repair person, this is the place to go for appliance parts. I’ve not yet had anything delivered personally, however seeing his son Billy remove a washing machine from a truck bed like it weighed absolutely nothing and with the utmost care spoke about his capability if/when I do!”

They arrived on time, you could tell they had a long hot day. Still they were very courteous and professional. They brought the stove in, set it in place, leveled it, checked to make sure it worked.
