Ken the technician seems to be the only person who is qualified to work on Dyson in Windsor Essex. He did a solid job with up to date calls and explained everything . Extremely pleased with his skill and the store over all. Very polite staff with a ton of knowledge on all makes and models. Store has a huge inventory of many parts and accessories. There's a reason they have been around for so many years. Great location with lots of on site parking. If you have an issue with any vacuum or even a sewing machine they are the ones you need to go see. Also if you're looking to make a purchase this should be your only stop.”

“I ordered a Wheel barrow that on line not once but twice it said it would be delivered. I called the manager told her what happened she apologized and said there were no more left at that price. She new I was upset as I waited for it to be shipped for 2 different days so asked if she could put me on hold for a few. This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work.Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT”

He spoke with Rick and man did he do a phenomenal job helping us in the store for our new washing machine. Not pushy, very direct and a pleasure to have worked with. I was so pleased that I even referred my mother to them and she was just as complete as I was I will definitely return.”
