“Went into store to bring my proof I needed as instructed from when I filled out online I came with two other friends who were also interested in renting the young man that was there had good customer service he went to go get his manager girl with glasses very weird with horrible customer service I explained to her why I was there and she wouldn't look at me while I was talking or when she was talking to me then proceeded to say very rudely well the person who do that is gone for the day and it aint nothing but $100 you can come back or whatever thats not how you conduct business with potential customers makes me not want to rent anything from here and tell my friends not to as well.
Update : i recently gave them another try and the customer service was exceptional this time i updated my stars hand ?? clap to the delivery drivers and in store staff i appreciate the turn around it makes a big difference thank you”
“Went into banks vacuum in Grosse pointe, Joe helped me and my wife. We didn’t know there were so many options and brands we’ve never heard of. Joe explained to use the benefits of bagged vs bagless. He was extremely helpful and patient with the abundance of questions we had. Once our new carpets get installed we will be back.”
“I brought in my quilt top for quilting. The quilter was given free reign for my theme. She went out of her way to find a PERFECT pattern that hadn't even been used before! This is a person of creativity and integrity... it gives insight as to the store itself.”
“Brought my Dyson V11 in for repair which was caused by me not a Dyson problem. Made the right choice for many reasons. Ken the technician seems to be the only person who is qualified to work on Dyson in Windsor Essex. He did a solid job with up to date calls and explained everything . Extremely pleased with his skill and the store over all. Very polite staff with a ton of knowledge on all makes and models. Store has a huge inventory of many parts and accessories. There's a reason they have been around for so many years. Great location with lots of on site parking. If you have an issue with any vacuum or even a sewing machine they are the ones you need to go see. Also if you're looking to make a purchase this should be your only stop.”

He spoke with Rick and man did he do a phenomenal job helping us in the store for our new washing machine. Not pushy, very direct and a pleasure to have worked with. “I ordered a Wheel barrow that on line not once but twice it said it would be delivered. I called the manager told her what happened she apologized and said there were no more left at that price. She new I was upset as I waited for it to be shipped for 2 different days so asked if she could put me on hold for a few. This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work. Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT”
