“Went into store to bring my proof I needed as instructed from when I filled out online I came with two other friends who were also interested in renting the young man that was there had good customer service he went to go get his manager girl with glasses very weird with horrible customer service I explained to her why I was there and she wouldn't look at me while I was talking or when she was talking to me then proceeded to say very rudely well the person who do that is gone for the day and it aint nothing but $100 you can come back or whatever thats not how you conduct business with potential customers makes me not want to rent anything from here and tell my friends not to as well.
Update : i recently gave them another try and the customer service was exceptional this time i updated my stars hand ?? clap to the delivery drivers and in store staff i appreciate the turn around it makes a big difference thank you”
“Went into banks vacuum in Grosse pointe, Joe helped me and my wife. We didn’t know there were so many options and brands we’ve never heard of. Joe explained to use the benefits of bagged vs bagless. He was extremely helpful and patient with the abundance of questions we had. Once our new carpets get installed we will be back.”

She new I was upset as I waited for it to be shipped for 2 different days so asked if she could put me on hold for a few. This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work. Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT”
