“A bit of a rocky start in late 2023 but it was new so I stuck with it and have been very satisfied. I like the app for entry to both building and unit so no lock with keys to keep track of. The online billing and auto-pay was always excellent. Provided dollies and always very clean and well kept.”

“I recently had a great experience with RadioShack Charlevoix. I dropped off two PlayStation 2 consoles for repair last August. One was a quick fix, and I picked it up promptly. The other required parts, so they kept it until everything arrived. Despite me relocating, they stayed in touch and patiently held my console until I could receive it by mail. The console arrived safely, well-packaged, and in great shape. I’m blown away by the excellent service I received. If you’re looking for reliable and customer-focused repair service, I highly recommend RadioShack Charlevoix. Thanks for making my day, guys - you’re making a difference one repair at a time! 😊”
