“Customer service is outstanding! I was so lucky I found them! The prices are great! I got a 55 oz weight for my bedroom for less than 28 oz weight at big box. (It was clearance but they had a large selection) I wanted the same carpet for my basement but it was sold out. Instead of having me choose another, she got on the phone to the manufacturer and found more of the same carpet clearance priced in a different color. The installation was perfect and I believe nobody else in the area would've been able to handle my difficult transitions. This is my first and only review because they really deserve it. Thank you Kristan and Todd and Mitch. You are the best!”
