Went to the branch on Lansing Rd in Charlotte. Used the outside ATM for a cash withdrawal. It would not realese my card. I had to use both hands and pull it out. It was after hours. Tried to call the next day and was on hold for over 10 minutes. So I just hung up.

Went into the Charlotte branch as the branch that my personal banker is at is not currently open to the public. I wanted to pay off my car loan. The folks there were very friendly and helpful, as I had never done a pay-off before. Quick, easy and successfully completed in a very short period of time. Love dealing with LAFCU!!

I have been with LAFCU for over 10 years and have been completely satisfied. Since Covid I was able to make a name change for 3 accounts, have a release of lien sent to me and order new check, all over the phone. Without any hassle!
