“July ‘25 update. Finally drained my old tank and switched to Altogas; the process was quick & easy, I shouldn’t have waited as long as I did. Chris & Kirk in the Charlotte office were easy to work with and most importantly, they did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it. I had another project going on that involved hooking up the newly installed propane tank/service to a generator which resulted in a little more coordination on Altogas’ part and they handled it to make sure all was done and we were happy. If you’re thinking about switching propane providers, no need to wait, just do it and call Altogas.
