Flagstar Bank is a banking institution with great people who provide amazing customer service that is truly above and beyond. Customers report a fantastic experience, highlighting the care, professionalism, and follow-through of the staff. When there is a problem, they are on it and get it solved. Many customers are long-term members who have never had an issue. The bank offers banking perks, including the ability to open new accounts and credit accounts where members can receive cash saving rewards off purchases using their card. Staff are noted for proactively reviewing accounts to secure better interest rates and for recommending helpful financial consultants. New members are often referred by family and express being pleased with their membership.
It's been my bank for at least 15 years. Never had an issue. When there is a problem they are on it,and get it solved. Great people work here too.
