I originally stopped in just to exchange some coins, but one of the branch leaders took the time to review my accounts and noticed my savings were earning lower interest due to an outdated offer. She followed up the very next day and helped update both accounts to much better rates — amazing customer service!

I had an excellent experience joining through digital services, and Henry promptly sent my loan documents via DocuSign. He was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to close the deal and was incredibly easy to work with. My check was FedExed to an out-of-state dealership, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. MSGCU offers the best rates in town and outstanding service. I needed a last minute auto loan to buy out my lease, Tiffany anf the whole team made the whole process from application to finalizing the loan fast and easy.
