Go to Troy location instead. Zero acknowledgement from employees. Zero help. I said hi to employee when I walked in, she turned and looked the other way and said nothing. Was going to ask her where putters are, but I'm not asking an employee to do their job. Looked at clubs for 30 min and not one person offered help. All standing around talking about their weekend plans. People at troy location actually help.

I know this is the store's website and this review is about the golf professional, but not sure where else to leave it. I've been playing golf for over 50 years and David Clark diagnosed a major swing flaw of mine in less than 5 minutes when we worked together in the spring. I had 3 lessons with David, and I learned so much about both the swing in general but also my swing. Great video and analysis tools, and I like being able to re-watch the lessons.
I had a great golf summer, hitting it better and scoring well. It's a major change and I need more work, but David has me on a great path and I look forward to working with him again this fall.

Horrible customer service, ordered a pair of golf shoes in store, the associate ordered the wrong color, the don’t give you a receipt so when I got home, checked the order and it was the wrong color, I called the store and they said nothing they could do and made me call customer service, really, called them and they told me the same thing that I could cancel the order and risk losing my Father’s Day gift receipt, can’t trust that so now I have to receive the wrong shoes and spend an hour and a half returning the wrong ones and start all over again, this is the worst experience ever, I will never go here again, and all this happened within an hour and a half from when I bought them.

I bought a Taylor made driver , last year , the third time I used it the crown came off , I went there to get them to fix it , I misplaced the receipt , they said there computer only goes back 6 months and they can’t help … spent 400 dollars on a driver to be told it can’t be fixed and no one can help me

Poor selection and high prices but at least the service was bad!
Waited fifteen minutes to try hitting a $600 driver, told twice someone would be with me. Finally left. Will go elsewhere.
Honestly, just drive elsewhere. This is not much of an upgrade over Dick's.

Dude with the goofy looking safety glasses was extremly rude. They advertised a price for me to buy one club but than when ready to buy they refused to let me buy the one club.

I finally decided to take golf lessons this year. David’s attention to detail and great way of simplify each mechanic in my swing has help me tremendously. I was averaging around 100. A couple weeks ago I shot an 85 in just a few lessons. With the technology that I can continue to go back on and review every move in my swing to improve. Thank you David for all your knowledge of this game and helping me enjoy this wonderful sport for years to come. It is well worth the price.

Garbage.
Went here to get a driver re-shafted, picked it up and first time hitting it the driver head cracked.
I came back , they told me to open up a claim with the club manufacturer on the already 4 year old club.
I went back and asked if they would help out and they said it’s not their fault the driver broke.
Brutal customer service here. I would explore other places before getting your clubs worked on here.

Went in there today to buy myself a new 3 wood for my birthday and was in there for 20 minutes without someone asking if I needed any help. I understand that some people were busy with other customers but nobody even acknowledged me. I would have liked to possibly test out some clubs but was not helped at all.
