“Stopped in to update my phone and change plan. Emily assisted me by putting me in contact with the appropriate people to change plans. She then helped me pick out a new phone (12 mini toa 16 plus). Talked me thru the new changes …installed old phone info on new phone…picked out accessories and installed as necessary. She handled the entire transaction smoothly and with professional curtesy in a great friendly attitude. Very impressed with Emily & her manager. Great place.”

“My android was cracked in three places. My husband accidentally knocked it off a picnic table onto the cement. I thought the situation was hopeless but Tim came to the rescue! He did a great job fixing it! It works perfectly now! Initially, it was shot and wouldn't work at all after hitting the cement. Anyway, we highly recommend MASTER REPAIR in Cheboygan!
