Similarly, Kristin, another Walgreens employee, was commended for her dedication in helping an out-of-town customer who was out of medication. Kristin went the extra mile, calling and following up to ensure the customer's prescription was filled in a timely manner. Customers have also expressed their satisfaction with the efficiency and speed of Walgreens' services. One customer was amazed by the prompt delivery of their wedding photos, received just a day after placing the order. During difficult times, Walgreens employees have demonstrated empathy and understanding. Brooke, a staff member, was praised for her compassionate assistance to a customer in need. While the pharmacy department faces significant challenges, such as understaffing and high demand, the Walgreens staff continues to provide exceptional service. Customers have acknowledged the professionalism and patience of the pharmacy staff, even during periods of extended wait times. I am absolutely amazed. I got my wedding pictures back on Monday, ordered the pictures Tuesday (over 500), and THEY ARRIVED THRU MAIL ON WEDNESDAY. I will most definitely be utilizing you guys more often
