The woman I spoke with last week was the nicest, most helpful Lake Trust employee I’ve had the pleasure of working with in years! I wish I remembered her name to give her the credit she deserves! Today, I had to call for another issue with my account and I spoke with Will (I think that was his name ?). You rock, Will!!! He went above and beyond my requests and offered his help to ensure my accounts were up to date and accurate. He even reassured me he would follow up to provide me with more information I requested.
