“The staff & selection here are TOP KNOTCH! I purchased a piece of furniture last month, store manager Jim helped me carry it to my car, great customer service! Unfortunately, I did not end up keeping the piece, as it didn't fit the aesthetic I was going for. However, I left personal belongings in the furniture without realizing it! Store managers, Jim & Brianna, contacted my husband and I and kept all our belongings safe! I was able to pick everything up and made another purchase. “Recently discovered this gem of a craft store! I placed an order for Fimo exactly a week ago and it arrived in pristine condition. The packaging was super sturdy and throughly padded.

Prior to the shipping of my order I received a call from one of Du All’s employees notifying me about one of the items being out of stock. They were BEYOND helpful and truly a pleasure to speak with to find a really great substitution. I did not get the name of the individual but if they see this, thank you!!
